How do I place an order?

Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order is required for linen delivery. For smaller orders, Click & Collect is recommended to maximise cost efficiency and avoid unnecessary delivery fees.
How much is delivery?
Please note we do not deliver to residential addresses (commercial only). If you require linen for residential properties, please use our Click & Collect service.

Yes! If you need to increase or decrease your order, contact our team on 1300 038 222 before your scheduled delivery, and we’ll assist.
How do I return used linen?
Your soiled linen will be collected at the same time as your fresh linen delivery. Simply have it ready for pickup, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can also choose to return it to one of our Linen Hub locations.
How is billing handled?
Billing is done weekly based on linen usage, ensuring a cost-effective and transparent service.
