Get the linen you need using an access card at any of our hubs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whatever time of the day or night works best for you. Select the linen you need and as you walk out the door see the linen in your hands appear on the screen and you’re ready to go. You are only charged for the linen you have on the days that you have it. When your guests leave, return your dirty linen to the hub and replenish your linen stocks ready for your next guests.

What is a Self Serve Linen Hub?
Our Self Serve Linen Hubs are a self-serve facilities providing businesses and accommodation providers with 24/7 access to high-quality linen. It offers a simple pickup process, allowing users to hire linen on a daily basis until it’s returned.
How does a Self Serve Linen Hub work?
Users receive a unique ID card granting 24/7 access to the Linen Hub. Upon selecting the needed linen and placing it on the counter in the foyer, the hub automatically displays the number of items and adds them to your account.
Where can I collect my linen?
You can collect your linen from any of our Self Serve Linen Hubs located across Australia. A full list of locations is available here.
How do I return my used linen?
Simply bring your soiled linen back to the Linen Hub and pop it in soiled returns.
How is billing handled?
Billing is done weekly based on the linen you collect, making it easy to manage costs without large upfront expenses.
Who do I contact if I need help?
You can manage your account, orders, and collections through our customer portal and app. If you need further assistance, our 7-day customer care team, including live chat support, is always available to help.
