FAQs
How does Linen Hub work?
Linen Hub has three supply models to choose from. You can select one or multiple to suit your operations and location – Self Serve, Click & Collect, Deliver.
Linen Hub operates as a flexible linen hire service, meaning you only pay for linen while it’s in your possession – much like hiring a rental car. Linen is collected or delivered as needed, used for your guest stays, and then returned to a Linen Hub once it’s ready to be exchanged. We take care of the commercial laundering, quality control, and reissue, so you’re never paying to own or store linen. It’s a simple, pay-as-you-use model designed to reduce upfront costs, improve consistency, and make managing linen effortless.
Where are the Hubs located?

How is the linen tracked using Smart Linen Technology?
The Linen Hub uses smart linen technology to make tracking linen easier and more accurate than ever. Each item is fitted with a discreet RFID tag that allows us to automatically record when linen is issued, collected, or returned.
This provides complete visibility over stock movements, helps prevent losses, and ensures accurate billing. By combining technology with our Linen Hub model, we‘re able to provide a transparent, efficient, and reliable linen service.
