Click & Collect is now available at our Port Douglas Linen Hub, offering short-stay hosts, boutique retreats, and local businesses a faster, more flexible way to access fresh, professionally laundered linen alongside our existing Self-serve and Click & Deliver options. Linen hire has never been more effortless.

Get your order conveniently pre-packed and pick it up at a time that suits you with Click & Collect.

Here’s how it works:

1. Pre-order your linen online
2. Select your collection date 
3. Get an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection
4. Head inside the Linen Hub to collect your order – conveniently packed and prepared for you
5. Place your order on the foyer scanner and you’re good to go!
6. Return soiled linen as usual using the returns chute
