How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect allows you to pre-order your linen online, choose a pickup time, and collect it from your nearest Linen Hub. When you’re done, return the soiled linen back to the hub and collect your next order.
Where can I collect my linen?
You can collect your linen from any of our Linen Hubs located across Australia. A full list of locations is available here.
What are the pickup days?
Pickup days vary by location with some offering 6 day collections and returns . When placing your order, you’ll be able to select from available days at your preferred linen hub location.
Can I adjust my order at pickup?
You can change your order pickup through the online ordering portal anytime before the cut off day. If you are collecting from one of our attended hubs you can increase or decrease your order at the time of collection. Simply speak with our team at the hub and they will assist you with adjustments on the spot.
How do I return my used linen?
Simply bring your soiled linen back to the Linen Hub and pop it in soiled returns.
Is there a minimum order for Click & Collect?
There is no minimum order requirement for Click & Collect.
How is billing handled?
Billing is done weekly based on the linen you collect, making it easy to manage costs without large upfront expenses.
Can I send a transport provider to collect my order?
Yes! You can arrange for a preferred transport provider to pick up your linen on your behalf. Just provide them with your order details.
What if I miss my collection time?
If you miss your collection window, contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to arrange an alternative pickup time.

Our daily hire calculator is designed to support you in ascertaining the cost of your linen based on the selected product items and length of hire. Total includes item price + daily hire for each item. Calculator is excluding GST. *Note not all items are available in all locations.
