What is the Linen Hub?
Access premium Linen when you need it. The world has changed. So has the way we supply linen. More of us are holidaying at home and this means hosts of short stay accommodation have never been busier. We wanted to help hosts deliver a 5-star experience for guests by giving them access to our premium linen in some of Australia’s most favoured holiday spots by using our Linen Hub services including Click & Collect and Deliver. Pay for linen only as long as you use it. Collect direct from a Linen Hub or have it delivered to you.
What services are available at Erina?
Deliver (Ready to receive your orders for delivery)
Deliver is the perfect solution when you need door to door service. Simply pre-order your linen online, select your delivery day, and have fresh linen delivered straight to your business. Once used, schedule a return pickup or drop it off at one of our hubs. Click, Deliver, Return – a hassle-free way to ensure a reliable linen supply, tailored to your needs.
Click & Collect (Coming soon)
Convenient access to hotel quality linen when you need it. Simply order online, select your collection date and we’ll deliver it to our Erina Linen Hub and notify for you when it’s ready for collection. Return your soiled linen back to the Hub when you’re done.
What is the pricing?
Our pricing is a based on a low cost daily hire model, providing you with flexibility and value for money. Visit our online calculator.
How does Daily hire work?
You will only be charged for the length of time you have the linen. We charge a pick up price when you collect the linen (Day 1). Subsequently you are charged a small daily hire fee commencing on Day 2 and continuing until you return. When you return the linen, the daily rental charges stop. Our online calculator will help you determine your spend.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to the Central Coast is $60. When we deliver fresh linen to you, we will collect any soiled you have onsite at the same time, saving you money on additional transport fees.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! Registration for an account is online and takes as little as 5 minutes to complete and submit. Once we receive your details our Accounts team will have you set up and ready to start ordering in 24-48 hours. You’ll receive confirmation via email.
