FAQs
How do I get my linen and laundry services?
There are three flexible options: Self-Serve Hubs (24/7 scan-and-go access, currently VIC only), Click & Collect (order online and pick up from your nearest hub), and Click & Deliver (linen delivered straight to your commercial address, with used linen picked up on the same visit).
How can I sign up for a LINEN HUB™ account?
Linen rental is only available to businesses with a registered Australian Business Number (ABN). If you have an ABN, you can register online, and the team will set up everything you need to start hiring linen.
How does billing work?
Billing is done weekly, based on the linen you’ve collected or held. You can manage orders, invoices, and account details anytime through the online Customer Portal.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is generally made up of an Item Fee (which includes the first day) plus a Daily Rental Fee that applies from day two until the linen is returned. Linen Hub also offers a Customer Rebate Program and a Daily Hire Calculator on its site to help you estimate costs for your business.
